I did not have very good experience this time around, correct label wasn't placed on the product therefore it misrepresented the product which is serious breach. Informed straight away to Zena supplier representative, shipment was already dispatched but recalled inorder to rectify the issue. As a result shipment was delayed. Also quoted wrong shipping cost and had to pay extra to cover. Overall it wasn't the best experience I had expected.
